STATEMENT OF PURPOSE |

My duties included residential and commercial real estate of assets. I also managed and marketed a technology product for a publicly traded software development company. I am a full-time licensed real estate consultant with Coldwell Banker Gundaker, working out of the Wildwood office, one of the top five (5) offices in the St. Louis area and in the top 5% nationwide. I follow a marketing procedure of utilizing technology as well as proven traditional marketing procedures. From the moment of signing a listing contract, I immediately enter your home into the Rapid Reporting System, which allows over 3000 active agents to view the listing immediately. The digital pictures that I take of your home will be entered into the MLS and emails will be sent to clients whose needs are a match to the property. In the subsequent days, ads will be running in the local newspapers, Coldwell Banker Gundaker HOMES magazine, on the weekly television show and of course off my personal Website, which is host to thousands of viewers each month. I will hold an open house to show the property the following week. I will also implement a promotional direct mailing campaign to select individuals and agents.
